Billy Rousseau – President
Billy Rousseau, a native of Dallas, attended Bishop Lynch High School, and graduated from Texas Tech University.
Billy’s experience in residential construction and renovation is extensive. Twenty-one years in the industry, Billy has worked on projects ranging from ground-up new construction, to additions and large scale renovations.
He began his building career in Angel Fire, New Mexico working over the years for two of the premier home builders in the area. He was involved in projects utilizing timber frame construction, insulating concrete forms and radiant floor heating.
Once back in Dallas, he began working for a notable area homebuilder until RJA Construction was founded in 2010.
Billy carries the Lead Renovator Certification, along with the firm being certified by the EPA as a lead Certified Firm.
Billy’s daily goals are to exceed client’s expectations and produce the highest quality work.
Chanda Rousseau – Vice President
Chanda Rousseau, wife of Billy Rousseau, joined the RJA team in 2022. She holds a B.S. in Finance. After a lucrative career in the commercial and multifamily real estate profession, spanning 25 years of executive property management operations experience of Class A luxury high rise, mid-rise, and garden assets across the United States, to include ground up construction, renovation, and value ad, Chanda understands the importance of building relationships, maintaining trust, establishing goals, finding efficiencies, and managing budgets, to improve the quality of life for customers.
She has a passion to serve, to learn, to support, and to grow, while encouraging an entrepreneurial mindset. When not in the office, you might find Chanda supporting education efforts at our community elementary school, leading children’s worship at our church, coaching basketball, or transporting their 8-year-old daughter to and from various activities. In her “free time”, insert laugh, Chanda enjoys a nice cup of coffee, morning devotional, and hardcore workout to start her day!
A native farm kid from rural Oklahoma, Chanda enjoys rolling up her sleeves and putting in a hard day’s work, then enjoying life’s simple pleasures.
Mike Reynolds – Senior Project Manager
Mike relocated from sunny San Diego, where he worked for an award-winning industry leader with an outstanding design build portfolio, to join the RJA Team!
As a Senior Project Manager for RJA Construction, Mike’s exceptional skills and years of experience in construction inspire confidence and trust on his team and on every job site.
He leads all projects to ensure the highest levels of quality, completion and scheduling that RJA commits to for all clients.
Mike started working in the construction industry as a teenager and found a lifelong occupation.
Beginning as a layout/plater and framer for a construction company specializing in new home developments, his outstanding abilities and work ethic made him a natural for advancing to project and production management.
Mike’s extensive experience is invaluable in both the field and the office. Overseeing multiple job sites, Mike ensures that each project exceeds client expectations.
Donna Blount – Project Manager
Donna’s journey in the business world began at her father’s floor-covering company, where she learned the ropes from the ground up. Her unwavering reliability and steadfastness are qualities that have defined her career. In addition to her years of experience in remodeling, she is well-equipped to lead the team of RJA Construction supplier partners in carryout out our client’s vision for their homes. With every custom renovation or addition project, Donna brings her passion and dedication to the forefront.
Apart from her professional endeavors, Donna’s greatest love is her daughter. She cherishes preparing meals for family gatherings and is a committed supporter of charity events aimed at addressing food and other insecurities within her community. Her passion for veterans is equally notable. In her free time, Donna indulges in her avocation of riding motorcycles.
